Driven by a lifelong commitment to fairness, Peter’s career has encompassed teaching, paediatric audiology, psychological practice, consultancy and governance. He has served with distinction in diverse senior roles including with the Australian Army as Assistant Director Psychology; and he is currently a Director of Value Edge Consulting. Peter brings to Foundation Nova Diem deep experience and expertise in culture fair psychological assessment of trainability and cognitive potential, transcending English language reasoning assessments, unlocking potential and breaking down barriers for a more equitable and inclusive world.
