Accessibility
Our accessibility commitment
We aim to make this public site meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA. This is an ongoing target, not a certification or a statement that every part of the site is already conformant.
Review status
Accessibility work is in progress.
Last reviewed: 15 August 2026
This statement records the site’s current accessibility posture. It is not a certification of WCAG conformance or a substitute for independent testing.
Known limitations
Some published records need a more accessible format.
The archived 2023 and 2024 annual-report PDFs are not tagged for assistive technology. Accessible HTML summaries are available on the annual reports page while future reporting formats are reviewed.

Our posture
What this means in practice
We work towards semantic landmarks, clear heading structure, visible focus indicators, keyboard access, sufficient colour contrast, and labels that stay available when people enter a form. Motion is reduced when a visitor has asked their device to reduce motion.
We treat accessibility as an ongoing discipline rather than a box to check once. As we find gaps, we work to address them. If you encounter anything on this site that creates a barrier, we want to know about it.

Report an accessibility issue
If you experience an accessibility barrier anywhere on this site, please contact us. Tell us what you were trying to do and the format or support that would help. We cannot promise a response time while our process is under review, but accessibility feedback is read by our team.
