Jennifer brings a background in psychology, particularly in student counselling in the United Kingdom public education system, and more recently as a Program Manager in Australia with Skyline Education Foundation – supporting young adults to overcome challenges and realise their potential. Coupled with her consulting skills in client service, business development and project management, Jen brings a unique mix of critical insights and expertise as Foundation Nova Diem’s inaugural Head of Happiness, as we establish and grow impact for a more equitable and inclusive future.
