Strengths-first insight, held to a real standard
Foundation Nova Diem exists to build psychological tools that start with strengths and patterns, not categories and labels. Lux, our flagship assessment, gives people plain- language insight into how they think, relate, respond and grow, backed by a versioned, evidence-traced scoring engine that we hold to a standard we are happy to have inspected.
Donations support the ongoing work of running that engine responsibly: maintaining the scoring infrastructure, growing the cohort-evidence programme as Lux reaches more people, and keeping the organisation's governance and reporting in order. Every donation helps Foundation Nova Diem keep doing this work with the same discipline described throughout this site.

Foundation Nova Diem (ABN 52 664 857 827) is a registered charity with the Australian Charities and Not-for-profits Commission (ACNC), and holds Deductible Gift Recipient (DGR) status. A one-off gift funds a moment. A regular gift funds the standard: the ongoing work of keeping Lux's scoring versioned, tested, and traceable as the cohort-evidence programme grows. Regular giving is not yet set up as an automated option on this site, but if you'd like to give monthly or quarterly, get in touch and we will set it up with you directly.

Some of the most significant support a charity ever receives comes from a gift left in someone's will. A bequest to Foundation Nova Diem helps make sure the evidence-first standard behind Lux, and the cohort-evidence programme that keeps strengthening it, outlasts any single year of fundraising.
We do not yet have a formal, named bequest programme to point you to, and we would rather tell you that plainly than describe one that does not exist.
