Digital changemaker and leader, driven to ignite a new day for individuals, families and organisations. Andrew is a business development and systems specialist, with particular interest in amplifying and escalating engagement for social impact through technology including CRM, AI, digital communications and assistive tools.
This, coupled with practitioner-based lived expertise in emotional intelligence and personal development, brings unique perspectives and capacity to unlock potential and break down barriers for a more equitable and inclusive world.

Peter Davidson
Director He/Him
Driven by a lifelong commitment to fairness, Peter's career has encompassed teaching, paediatric audiology, psychological practice, consultancy and governance. He has served with distinction in diverse senior roles including with the Australian Army as Assistant Director Psychology, and he is currently a Director of Value Edge Consulting.
Peter brings to Foundation Nova Diem deep experience and expertise in culture-fair psychological assessment of trainability and cognitive potential, transcending English-language reasoning assessments.

A leader in governance, Richard is a deeply impactful non-profit leader who has grown organisations and movements, built and led large complex organisations, advised governments, and contributed to public policy and major social campaigns.
Richard brings abundant experience to unlocking potential and breaking down barriers for our most disadvantaged and vulnerable individuals and families.

Andrew Fitisemanu
Advisory Board Member He/Him
A leader in diversity and inclusion, Andrew's career spans two decades of experience in workplace wellbeing, coaching, mentoring, employee learning and development, change management, problem solving and talent management.
His work building diversity and inclusion, culturally and linguistically diverse communities, and LGBTI ecosystems brings valuable insight to the foundation.

Anthony Battaini
Advisory Board Member He/Him
Anthony brings extensive senior leadership expertise spanning his career as an organisational psychologist and management consultant, including significant advisory work for non-profit and government bodies. Anthony is an AHPRA-registered psychologist and postgraduate of Monash and Canberra Universities in applied psychology and public administration respectively.
As an HR professional and organisational psychologist, he specialises in the assessment, selection and development of individuals and teams for mission-critical roles including in civil aviation, aerospace, police and the armed forces. He inaugurated the Australian Federal Police Psychology Services Unit, commanded Australian Army Reserve psychology in Victoria, and was Senior Psychologist with what is now AirServices Australia.
He has led the Asia Pacific HR advisory business of a global management consulting firm, judged the Telstra Business Awards and Telstra Business Women's Awards for over 10 years, held board roles for 25 years including as Federal President of the Institute of Management Consultants, and currently chairs a non-profit arts company.

A leader in education, Campbell's career spans senior secondary and tertiary education roles, including as Dean at Trinity College, University of Melbourne.
His commitment to Indigenous education and opportunity, and his expertise in advocacy and philanthropy, brings valuable perspective to the foundation.

A leader in communications, Ron is a longstanding community advocate, especially for those who do not have a voice and are vulnerable in their circumstances.
With celebrated media and advocacy campaign impact across five decades, his expertise in driving change for social justice brings valuable capacity to the foundation.

Jennifer Bhadye
Engagement Manager She/Her
Jennifer brings a background in psychology, particularly in student counselling in the United Kingdom's public education system, and more recently as a Program Manager in Australia with Skyline Education Foundation, supporting young adults to overcome challenges and realise their potential.
Coupled with her consulting skills in client service, business development and project management, Jennifer brings a unique mix of insight and expertise to Foundation Nova Diem's engagement work.

Foundation Nova Diem (ABN 52 664 857 827) is a registered charity with the Australian Charities and Not-for-profits Commission (ACNC), and holds Deductible Gift Recipient (DGR) status. Our governance sits with the people above, and our conduct is answerable to the same regulator every registered Australian charity answers to.
