The Foundation also acknowledges that Aboriginal self-determination is a human right and recognises the resilience and determination of many generations of Aboriginal people who have fought for this right to be upheld. We accept the invitation of the Uluru Statement from the Heart. This always was and always will be Aboriginal land. We recognise sovereignty has never been ceded.
